MAPWAR is an entertainment service of deterministic digital exposure. By paying (a “reinforcement”), the User purchases: (a) an immediate, publicly visible effect on the symbolic size of the chosen country on the service's map, proportional to cumulative payments, (b) a public entry in the chosen country's “Chronicle of citizens” (nick, optional battle cry, amount, citizen number), (c) participation in public statistics (including the “President” title for the highest cumulative payer in a country). The service is performed immediately upon payment confirmation.
The outcome is 100% deterministic and results exclusively from the sum of payments made. There are no winnings, no cash or material prizes, no element of chance. The service is not a game of chance within the meaning of applicable gambling laws and is not a public fundraiser — payments are the operator's fee for the digital exposure service.
The reinforcement is permanent in the sense that a payment forever increases the country's treasury and remains in the chronicle. A country's position relative to other countries is however RELATIVE — other countries may be reinforced by other users at any time. The operator guarantees no ranking position.
This is a digital service performed immediately. In the payment flow the User gives express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).
The nick and battle cry are public. Prohibited: hate speech, profanity, personal data (including third parties'), unlawful content, third-party trademarks used without right, addresses and phone numbers. The operator may reject content before publication (full refund) or hide it after publication (the amount stays in the country's treasury; the entry becomes anonymous). Single payment limit: EUR 500.
The map and country list are purely symbolic and entertainment-oriented, based on the ISO-3166 convention and a publicly available reference map. The service makes no political statements and takes no position on borders, disputed territories or the status of any area. Borders are not editable.

Processed data: nick and battle cry (published), a hash of the payment e-mail (to aggregate the President title) and payment data processed by the payment operator (Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record) acting as an independent controller.
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as the merchant of record (reseller of the digital service), which handles payment processing, applicable taxes and payment-related inquiries and refunds.
